At Lelli Kelly Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into the original Lelli Kelly shoebox and secure it inside a protective mailing bag or box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, or use the QR code provided at your local drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
